Returns and Refunds

please read as any transaction on the site is subject to this agreement .

Our returns policy :

all returns are accepted within 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t accept your return.

Return Label :

we do not provide a return label at this time , for all returns please send back to the address that it came from or contact us for a return address.

Our Refunds :

To be eligible for a full refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in. It must also be in the original packaging and sent back within the 30 days of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted with a restocking fee from 20 to 50 % :

any return with obvious signs of use, a 20 % restocking fee applies .
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error , 20 to 50% restocking fee .
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery, 20 to 50 % restocking fee .

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify with the refund confirmation.

Once return is completed the refunded credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment and should show back at your account within few business days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company or bank , it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges

if you wish to just exchange it let us know so we don’t refund.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, return the damaged item and we will send a new one to you .
